i can’t believe it’s been nearly half a year since i published my last reading round-up. i originally came up with this format as a way to buy myself time between weekly recipe development because, on occasion, i found myself desperately needing a break and saw that life things (sickness, travel plans, lack of motivation, et cetera) were sometimes getting in the way of my publishing schedule.
so as i sat down to pull this round-up together, i was surprised to see that nothing had interrupted my flow of recipes for six months. granted i do have fave fives, which act in the same capacity as these round-ups and break up the recipe content once a month, but hey, i’m going to take the opportunity to give myself a little pat on the back when and where i can.
i’m currently busy finishing up some freelance projects and getting ready to go to the twin cities for two weeks at the end of the month. other than that, i’m just busy living, which has felt like enough recently. so here are some reads, both old and new, as well as some recipes, both old and new, for you to enjoy at your leisure. if that’s not enough for you, find all previously published reading round-ups here. enjoy and see you next week with a new recipe.
