Great recipe! I grew up in northern Minnesota and had wild rice very often. Once I moved away I was surprised that so many people had no idea about it and how good it is. I always have a stash on hand!
thanks for your comment! yes, i do think it's not always easy to find, but has been getting more so. i made this soup once for family meal for a team of colleagues and i remember everyone was just like, "what is this? it's so good. that's rice?" it was very fun to introduce them to it so i'm glad we can both spread the word!
