hello hello, i hope you’re all having a great summer. this is the fifth installment of my reading round-ups. just like the last time around, this one is no particular order, on no particular topic. it also features some oldies but goodies that i hope you haven’t read yet and will enjoy. if you’re dying for more, check the out previously published round-ups here: #1, #2, #3 and #4.
i’ve been really happy with the recipes i’ve been putting out this summer, so in case you’ve forgotten and are looking for something to cook (or just assemble) this week, might i suggest: fish sauce caramel lettuce wraps, a simple tomato sandwich à la piccata, crispy baby iceberg wedge with a dreamy (vegan!) green goddess dressing or this sparkling orange blossom refreshment. this time last year i published my best blt, a caesar-y pasta and potato salad with hot sauce butter croutons and this very brat-coded take on peaches and cream. see you next week!
